Q: Where can I purchase Jones products in my area?
A: We have a new locator set up to help you find Jones Soda products in your area. First check our Jones Soda locator and then you can also check our list of distributors for more information.

Q: When should expect my order?
A: Your order will arrive within 2 weeks if using UPS ground service. For expedited shipping please add two business days fulfilment on top of the shipping service.

Q: Who will be shipping my order?
A: UPS

Q: Will all items ship together?
A: Our beverages, candy and clothing are shipped from separate facilities and may arrive on different days.

Q: Can I ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses?
A: We cannot ship to these types of addresses.

Q: Can I exchange my clothing for another size?
A: We cannot offer exchanges at this time.

Q: How do I get my picture on a Jones Soda bottle?
A: Check out www.jonessoda.com/files/yrlab.php for information on how to get your photo on a Jones Soda bottle.

Q: Can I order a case of soda with my own picture and customized message?
A: Yes! You can order your own personalized special case of soda at our myJones site, www.myjones.com. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Q: Can I send a note with my order to the recipient?
A: Yes! When you purchase something from our webstore there is a space on the order form for notes. Please provide appropriate details to help expedite your order.

Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship throughout Canada and the US. Note that Canadian customers will be charged GST.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We only accept credit cards for payment at this time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal account holders may also use their PayPal funds to purchase our products.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated by UPS in realtime. You will be presented with a range of shipping options in the checkout process.

Q: Do you offer exchanges/returns?
A: We cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you are unsure about a size please contact us at 1-800-656-6050 and ask for the Webstore Customer Service Representative to help you with sizing.
